Aziah West

Certified Personal Trainer

Growing up, Aziah faced the challenge of being diagnosed pre-diabetic, a pivotal moment that motivated her to take charge of her health. She joined the track team, discovering a passion for fitness that transformed her well-being. Her journey fueled her desire to help others on their fitness journeys. She aims to guide individuals in becoming their best selves, encouraging them to embrace fitness as a fulfilling lifestyle. Her goal is to help others fall in love with the sport just as she did, enabling them to exceed their own expectations and achieve the seemingly impossible.

JD Sturniolo

Certified Personal Trainer

JD is a NASM-certified personal trainer with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from the University of Central Oklahoma and over a decade of experience in personal training and group fitness. His military background equips him with a keen ability to critique form and uphold fitness standards both in and out of the gym. JD believes in fostering not just improved physiques, but also in cultivating lifestyle habits that become an integral part of his clients' routines. He is dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve their goals and embrace fitness as a lifelong journey.

John Rittinghouse

Certified Personal Trainer

John Rittinghouse is a NASM-certified personal trainer with over ten years of experience. His passion for fitness started in childhood, inspired by bodybuilding shows, and evolved into training and assisting friends with their fitness goals. John is also certified as a Corrective Exercise Specialist and Sports Nutrition Coach and serves as a coach at John Jewett’s J3 University. He finds great fulfillment in helping others achieve their fitness goals and is enthusiastic about sharing his expertise.

Jessica Schechter

Certified Personal Trainer

Jessica is an ACE-certified personal trainer here at Northside Gym. She is an IFBB Pro with 8 years of experience in bodybuilding and fitness. She's trained clients from ages 13 to 95, bringing a deep passion and a no-BS, strength-focused approach that builds real results. Jess knows what it takes to transform a body and she uses that same discipline to help others unlock their potential. Her goal is simple: help people feel strong, confident, and fully in control of their health. Whether you're stepping on stage or walking into the gym for the first time, she meets you where you are and helps you rise.

Christine Purviance

Certified Personal Trainer

Christie is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer at Northside Gym and a former Critical Care Registered Nurse with over 12 years of bodybuilding experience. She began her fitness journey through competitive dance, where she developed a strong foundation in movement and discipline. Christie combines her medical expertise with her passion for strength training to help clients build strong, healthy bodies and lasting confidence. Her approach emphasizes safe, effective programming tailored to each individual's goals and lifestyle.
