Certified Personal Trainer

Tyler is a certified personal trainer and nutritionist that specializes in personalized training programs and competitive bodybuilding. With over a decade of his own lifting experience, Tyler’s expertise also covers nutrition and diet, which is crucial for achieving optimal results. He’s passionate about helping people reach their health goals through a holistic approach to well-being. Anna’s passion for fitness has multiplied exponentially since her engagement with bodybuilding and participation in numerous regional and national competitions. Her dedication to working out has been a journey of self-discovery, revealing her inner strength with the right motivation. Anna’s aim is to empower clients to recognize their own capabilities and discover the joy in physical activity.

Erica Collard

Certified Personal Trainer

Erica is equipped with a degree in Occupational Therapy with five years of experience assisting patients of all ages navigate their disabilities. With this background, she possesses an in-depth understanding of the human body and its capabilities. With over 7 years of experience in competitive bodybuilding she specializes in hypertrophy training, as well as leading effective and intense booty pump classes. During her sessions you'll experience positive energy coupled with an invigorating workout.

Shane Hunter

Certified Personal Trainer

A retired Staff Sergeant from the United States Marine Corps with a 12-year career, Shane Hunter participated in four combat tours. He led Marines through rigorous physical and mental training, specializing in boot camp-style fitness and HIIT exercises. Since then his self-discovery through fitness has revealed personal strengths, resilience, and newfound capabilities.  Now a certified personal trainer, Shane aims to inspire and assist individuals in achieving their fitness goals, drawing from his military experience and commitment to excellence.

Having overcome an ACL tear, his primary focus is on moving seamlessly without discomfort, prioritizing strength building.
