Growing up, Aziah faced the challenge of being diagnosed pre-diabetic, a pivotal moment that motivated her to take charge of her health. She joined the track team, discovering a passion for fitness that transformed her well-being. Her journey fueled her desire to help others on their fitness journeys. She aims to guide individuals in becoming their best selves, encouraging them to embrace fitness as a fulfilling lifestyle. Her goal is to help others fall in love with the sport just as she did, enabling them to exceed their own expectations and achieve the seemingly impossible.

John Rittinghouse
Certified Personal Trainer
John Rittinghouse is a NASM-certified personal trainer with over ten years of experience. His passion for fitness started in childhood, inspired by bodybuilding shows, and evolved into training and assisting friends with their fitness goals. John is also certified as a Corrective Exercise Specialist and Sports Nutrition Coach and serves as a coach at John Jewett’s J3 University. He finds great fulfillment in helping others achieve their fitness goals and is enthusiastic about sharing his expertise.

Michael Stephenson
Certified Personal Trainer
Michael is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and sports performance coach with a lifelong background in athletics. Having played soccer for over 17 years and undergoing his own weight loss journey of losing over 100 pounds, Michael turned his personal transformation into a passion for helping others achieve their goals through structure, balance, and consistency.
His approach emphasizes education, proper technique, and individualized programming that meets each client where they are.

Katie is a NASM certified personal trainer. After achieving an incredible 100 plus pound weight loss transformation herself, she understands the unique mental and physical battles of a fitness journey. She didn't just lose the weight; she overcame life obstacles and built the sustainable habits necessary to keep it off. Now, she focuses on using that experience to help others successfully navigate their own path, ensuring their goals—from significant weight loss to building muscle or boosting overall wellness in a lasting lifestyle change.

Sandra is a certified Eldoa Instructor with several years of experience with dynamic workouts that seamlessly blend strength training, cardiovascular exercise and mindfulness. Eldoa has changed her life, which is why she has been determined to share it with others. Throughout her life, embracing a lifestyle centered around health and well-being has been her guiding philosophy. In her sessions we will embark on a journey to enhance spinal health through targeted exercises and mindful movements.
