Sandra Gronberg
Sandra is a certified Eldoa Instructor with several years of experience with dynamic workouts that seamlessly blend strength training, cardiovascular exercise and mindfulness. Eldoa has changed her life, which is why she has been determined to share it with others. Throughout her life, embracing a lifestyle centered around health and well-being has been her guiding philosophy. In her sessions we will embark on a journey to enhance spinal health through targeted exercises and mindful movements.

Kelly Enix
In 2015, Kelly walked into a gym weighing 284 lbs, determined to lose weight and build muscle, and discovered her passion for fitness. She quickly became captivated by weightlifting and functional fitness, ultimately shedding over 120 lbs. Now, Kelly shares her enthusiasm in a twice-weekly boot camp class that welcomes participants of all fitness levels. She is passionate about supporting others in their fitness journeys as they age, emphasizing the importance of maintaining strength and mobility for a healthy lifestyle.
